The non-profit organization “Community” was founded in October 2022 to assist Russian-speaking citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in adapting to relocation in Turkey. We provide social, legal, and psychological support, organize Turkish language courses, and offer a space for communication and creativity. In February and March 2023, we made a fundraising of material aid for those affected by the earthquake in Southeast Turkey region.Our “Community” closely collaborates with the municipal authorities of Mersin district and implements socially significant projects.I led the IT department to create a Russian-speaking IT community and organized a series of IT meetups, including participation from representatives of IT companies in Turkey. My main achievement was establishing a mutual collaboration with the Technopark (a free economic zone for IT) at a university in the city of Mersin. My analytical and managerial skills helped in forming an international IT community and implementing startup ideas for Russian-speaking IT specialists.

The SATEL Group of companies has been operating in the information technology market since 1995 and specializes in implementing integration projects for IT infrastructure development, custom software solutions, business applications, and digital transformation strategies.SATEL is also an authorized partner of major global telecommunication equipment manufacturers and has its own technical support and warranty service departments. The software development division handles non-standard and specific tasks and delivers end-to-end solutions for individual corporate applications.As an IT Business Architect, I designed modules for the situational-analytical center of "Rosseti Siberia," enabling the management of duty personnel schedules, creating and analyzing dispatch requests for the maintenance (and removal from maintenance) of electrical equipment, and predicting emergency situations in the power industry. I developed an integration system with CRM, SAP (ERP, HCM), SCADA, and other specialized information systems. Documentation was managed in Confluence, and tasks were organized in Jira. The development process utilized applications such as Enterprise Architect, Camunda, SoapUI, DBeaver and so on.I also participated in the development and implementation of the enterprise service bus (ESB) "Enerbus," following the SOA/EDA architecture using open-source technologies. Enerbus ESB was deployed in five power industry enterprises.

"System Operator of the United Power System" (SO UPS) is an infrastructure enterprise in the power industry solely responsible for centralized real-time operational and dispatch management in the United Power System of the Russian Federation. The main tasks of SO UPS include managing the technological modes of Russia's power facilities in real-time, ensuring the prospective development of the country's energy system, and maintaining the unity and efficiency of technological mechanisms in wholesale and retail electricity and power markets. SO UPS has 56 branches and 16 representations in all regions of the Russian Federation.One of the most significant projects I led was the creation and implementation of an information system for managing the unified model of the power system (digital twin) on a national scale and with models of countries involved in electricity transfer.The development process involved numerous technical and technological tasks, close interaction with business stakeholders and the technology department's management, as well as continuous control over development and change management. My team of analysts developed the national standard for the information model of the Russian power industry (GOST R 58651), ensuring compatibility with IEC 61968 and IEC 61970 standards (CIM). To manage the model in real-time, a new SCADA core with a real-time database and a telemetry information exchange system compliant with IEC 60870-5 and IEC 60870-6 standards were developed. Additionally, over 15 complexes were developed to monitor and regulate the unified energy system's operations.I managed a team of 12 analysts, conducted analysis and transformation of business processes, drafted technical specifications, conducted functional and non-functional testing of the final product. I also formulated software development plans, managed the project budget, and presented the project's outcomes to C-level management, as well as the Minister of Energy.

As a real-time technological information complex administrator, I ensured the seamless operation of the complexes and related automated systems in a 24/7 mode. Additionally, I developed and implemented software and databases for efficient automation of technological and business processes. To achieve this, I closely collaborated with the technological department (business owner), providing continuous support and improvement of specialized software, conducting staff training, and developing instructions and regulations.One of my key achievements was successfully integrating SCADA/EMS with the corporate website, eliminating the need for installation and maintenance of specialized software on individual workstations. This integration significantly improved efficiency and simplified the overall system setup.
