TSM is a specialist suppier of Gravimetric Blenders to the Plastics Inductry worldwide. Operating from 4 hub offices in Ireland , USA, China and Taiwan the company is poised for significant growth utilising it's patented technology and building on it's significant installed base. My role is to deliver on the growth potential and yearly revenue targets through TSM's internal Area Managers and a network of Channel Partners.

Responsible for the Global Sales & Marketing function through the efficient management of a team of Area Managers, Account Managers and support specialists, dealing with multi-million euro revenues.

Global Key Account Management for the ‘Basler Chemie’ group of customers including Novartis and Roche.

Initiated the strategic growth of the local automation business in Ireland, which resulted in a significant revenue increases.

Managed this centralised high-end, technical expertise centre which supported localised teams throughout Europe.

Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects in the Pulp & Paper segment across Europe.
