Responsible for supervising Credentialing Specialists and Credentialing Associates. Provides guidance to the team and oversees team compliance with provider credentialing activities.Responsible for extracting data and preparing statistical reports. Managed biennial Reappointment cycle for over 600 providers of all types. Reviewed privileging requirements with providers and provided additional services as necessary. Maintained clinical contact listings for department operation. Followed up with clinical leadership for provider privileging approvals.

Assisted credentialing specialists and coordinators with day to day responsibilities of credentialing providers. Performed online queries, verified all relevant licenses, requested hospital affiliations, reviewed provider CVs and prepped files for signature by department leadership.
