Mr. Burke has management experience on a large team that performs custom application development, commercial application configuration and commercial application support. He is currently a project manager for several teams that support commercial, PC based and client server based applications.He provides guidance and management input to the team to improve business processes, provide innovative ideas, prioritize tasks and plan future work. He works with the management team to represent the company when contacting the client about application issues. This individual has used his experience in management, development and support to improve the work environment for team members and produce better results for the users. He helped different teams work closer together, made sure tasks were done on time and provided appropriate status updates to internal and external clients.
