Big Bend Station coal-fired power plant electrostatic precipitator efficiency studies including supervision of multiple stack test teams.-Managed ambient air monitoring networks for major utilities. -Conducted quarterly compliance audits on ambient air quality networks with sulfur dioxide analyzers, nitrogen oxides monitoring systems and total suspended particulate monitors.-Completed OSHA 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations certification in 1994 with annual 8-hour refreshers. -Provided expert testimony regarding air pollution issues.-Conducted testing according to OSHA and NIOSH test methods to assure client and corporate compliance.-Developed, implemented, and maintained a computerized client management and project tracking database to ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.-Negotiated record keeping requirements with USEPA and FDEP for several companies in the printing and coating industries resulting in > $100,000 per year in savings.-Responsible for oversight of emissions testing department specializing in testing for PM, NOx, SO2, acid mist, CO, mercury, and VOC.-Certified as visible emissions evaluator according to EPA Method 9 beginning in 1985.-Certified as asbestos surveyor according to AHERA standards. -Certified in wetland delineation (40-hr course) according to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers standards.
