As a Software Engineer and Consultant for prospects and key clients of Allgress Governance, Risk and Compliance, my role consists of hands on configuration of the software solution that help customers manage their regulatory compliance mandates, risk, and cybersecurity controls in a single framework.

Delivering in-depth technical knowledge of GRC technical requirements, challenges and business initiatives, and map those needs to SGAG professional services. I operated as the initial point of escalation for GRC software-related issues but engage expert technical or support resources where needed.

I worked as a contractor on several customers to provide GRC and regulatory compliance management solutions. The role consisted of enterprise risk management, governance, standards development and mapping.

Processed customer deposit and withdrawal transactions Greeted customers, analyzed their needs, gathered their banking requirements, invited the customer to procure and use available services I noted the customer’s account information and escalated the client to a personal banker for further handling Balanced cash drawers on a daily basis Assisted at other bank branches as needed
