During my 18 years of unbroken service with my current employer, I've worked my way up from ground level to becoming a respected leader. Having worked from staff level I value the importance of ground work as the basis and core to any successful organisation, and this drives me to always put people first. I believe in continuous improvement through continuous learning and have taken to completing various accredited courses such as Project Management which has aided me in various projects such as opening new stores as well as renovations and modernisations of existing stores. I strive to take a learning in everything I do to not only aid me in my tasks but improve me as an individual who ultimately influences others and I'm passionate about sharing knowledge that I have acquired to anyone around me.Always seeking an opportunity to learn, improve and grow.
