I am an experienced multi site manager, skilled in leading teams that pride themselves on delivering a great experience for their customers. Twice awarded the Rebel Sport Regional Manager of the Year, I consistently demonstrate high standards in every facet of my role. Recently my experience has been broadened by leading the change in work force planning systems within rebel, gaining recognition as the rebel sport Team Member of the Year for the role I played in implementing the change program, utilising ADKAR, my role as an SME and building the training suite to accompany the rollout. I have been fortunate to be able to live my passion for sport and retail in my role and test my abilities in leadership, development and customer experience.
