The purpose of this role was to support delivery of workforce planning change. Which included stakeholder engagement at Managing Director and General Manager levels. I Oversaw the facilitation, development, and delivery of training modules / materials, while steering the implementation of a change program. My role was Instrumental in supporting behavior change post-implementation, ensuring seamless adoption of new behaviours in line with ADKAR. I also led a dynamic team of roster coaches to successfully roll out the initiative across each of the rebel sport regions, contributing to the company's strategic goals. This role ignited my passion for change management and showed me what a great change program could do. I learned how to use Jira, what a SCRUM was, that training modules were referred to as products, that IS plays a huge role in any business transformation and that it’s very complicated. I learned about what an API is and why they are useful… I learned about the principles of ADKAR and if you can’t provide certainty of outcome… provide certainty of process. We undertook multiple deployments, worked across silos to deliver a change program that was transformational for our business
