Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of directing a global BPO. The Service Delivery Manager role has allowed me to create strategic plans, assemble leaders and onboard sophisticated human/technological assets to solve problems for our customers. I’ve seen fully manual processes turn digital in a matter of months. I’ve found that the world of process innovation is only limited by imagination. Building global partnerships, has been one of my greatest joys. My role as SDM has allowed me to manage workforce and assets in South America, Asia and the United States. Our globe is rich with talent and the need to leverage this talent is undeniable. My experience over the last decade has fostered a personal passion for innovation, continuous process improvement and organizational leadership.
