It’s also a distance equivalent to driving around the coast of Australia, all the way from Broome in Western Australia to just past Townsville halfway up the Queensland coast.Along the way the team was recognised through receiving AIPM awards for: - 2014 Qld Construction & Engineering Project over $100m - 2014 Qld Project of the Year - 2014 National Project of the YearThe TNRP was also awarded the 2015 award for “Excellence in Transport Policy, Planning and Implementation” from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport Australia (CILT)As a result of the overarching risk management approach implemented and managed via the TNRP governance and assurance framework a risk management paper lodged by TMR was selected by an international jury as the winner of one of eight categories (Road Maintenance and Operation) in the Permanent International Association of World Congresses (aka PIARC or the World Roads Association) Prizes competition. Engaged by Ergon Energy to Project Manage the connection of various Ergon sites to the Ergon Energy Ubiquitous Fibre Network (UbiNet) throughout Queensland. The project was managed using standard PMBOK methodology and involved the effective management of internal and external resources. The project was managed using standard PMBOK methodology and involved the effective management of internal and external resources. I was responsible for project managing the design construction and commissioning of the Ubinet Fibre Optic Network interconnection. Connecting substations, offices and strategic Ergon locations to various fibre optic backbone networks. I was extremely fortunate to be involved on this project and work such in a focussed and professional work environment.This project was a flow on from a previous engagement in which i was a member of the team that developed the Ergon Energy emergency fibre repair response framework that included, policy, standards and procedure development inclusive of the training of Ergon line personnel in quality, procedural and safety requirements. Headhunted by Mincom to manage the training program development, scheduling, delivery and evaluation of the JP2077 2B.1 training project. The training project was successfully delivered using 50 trainers to in excess of 20,500 defence personnel at 90 venues consisting of over 1350 individual classroom delivered training sessions over a 17 week period.
