My professional experience started with my first job at a fish and chip shop lasting 3 years where I learned skills such as professionalism in the work environment, customer service skills and where my determination for work started. later I started working for Coles where my skills are becoming refined and my professionalism is growing. I have completed 3 certificates in business. The skills I have learnt from completing my business certificates include working effectively in work environments and with others, contributing to workplace health and safety, using social media for business expansion, creating and using spreadsheets, working with diverse people, creating presentations, leading business meetings and many more skills. I also have Other qualifications such as a certificate of knowledge for community service, a first aid certificate and a general barista training certificate. My Career goals;I aim to become a property manager within the next 3 years by completing the REWIA Unrestricted Real Estate Registration WA course (CPP41419). This course will teach me the needed skills and qualifications to become a property manager and will teach me enough skills to become a real estate agent which I aim to become within the next 10 years. Work experienceWhen attending Mandurah Catholic College I completed my years 11 and 12 work experience with Real Mark Mandurah. I enjoyed my time with the company as I was put with the property management team assisting me with my decision to become a property manager. The skills I learned include understanding the Residential Tenancy Act (1987), how to write property condition reports, how to conduct property inspections and property viewings, software usage and many more skills.
