• Creating test cases from the specifications.• Running SQL queries to extract test data for running complex test scenarios for the testers. • Analysing defects raised within Quality Cente (HP Alarm)r, determining whether they were actual application defects, test data issues, whether existing test scripts needed updating etc. For each defect raised I had to progress to the relevant development or business analyst teams, or to the application managers.• Agile testing environment.• Good communication skills in this supporting role. • Good written and oral English skills in order to write accurate documentation including the results of my problem analysis.• I worked closely with other team members and I was willing to take initiative and responsibility.
