Supporting Helen of Troy to remediate secure score rating in Azure and O365 while assisting with other duties as needed. Our goal is to create Azure Policies, correct ASRs, properly adjusted templates, and business processes with the intention of keeping the company as continually compliant as possible while working to improve existing practices.

Primary SME contact at Flowers Foods for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI. I was solely responsible for the architecture, administration and level 3 support of these platforms (gateways, capacity management, etc). In collaboration with senior leadership and interdepartmental stakeholders I developed, documented, and implented the business processes around O365 which help Flowers to keep track of licensing and provide end-to-end user experiences. I guided teams with technology selection for company projects offering expert insight and training for O365 power users while working with them to achieve development goals outside of their technical experience. I performed backup level 3 support for Exchange Online, routinely worked with Entra ID as well as InTune (mostly secure score remediation), and I provided PowerShell expertise across the Enterprise. I was also heavily involved in Azure with Flowers and provided expertise in areas such as access, analysis services, service principal deployment, security score remediation, disaster recovery, and more.

Migrated site collections between tenants, upgraded classic sites into the modern online experience and helped to deploy Teams across the Flowers Foods organization rapidly. Automated many business processes through the use of Power Automate and Power Apps.

Migrated 4 separate stand-alone deployments of SharePoint ranging from 2007 to 2013 into a single 2013 three-tier farm. Upgraded TFS from 2015 to 2017, scaled-out to use separate data and application tiers, re-integrated TFS into existing SharePoint sites and maintained/upgraded three build servers. Built, configured and automated a WSUS deployment on Windows Server 2012 R2. Used PowerShell to assist with a variety of projects and helped to educate the other members of my team on its core concepts.

My primary role was to build. administrate, support, develop and maintain AAM’s SharePoint environment. I was the first point of contact for all SharePoint support, training and development communicating with internal employees of all levels as well as outside consultants/vendors to provide SharePoint solutions. I maintained and developed a SharePoint 2007 farm, upgraded it to SharePoint 2010, and again to SharePoint 2013. By automating the conversion of paper records to PDF files I created AAM's first fully functional digital record center. I also designed and built the company extranet serving 50,000+ users.
