Also provide a 5-year capital cash flow statement for 1.5 Million dollar account.Budget preparation & Analysis: Prepare 3.5 Million dollar operating budget on an annual basisCollections: Manage delinquent accounts in attempts to collect debt. Provide monthly statements of account.Management of Garage and Storage Unit: Manage 100 storage spaces along with 175 garage parking spaces.Human Resource Management: Provide information and manage employee’s health insurance, life insurance, dental coverage and simple IRA plan for retirement.
