Problem solving is my middle name. I’m kidding its Richards.I have always been excited by the opportunity to meet a challenge I’ve never seen before and find a way to succeed. Being a problem solver and taking initiative comes naturally for me. I am a hard worker and am always consistent while taking care of my duties. I am currently studying Financial Economics so when I graduate your money problems can be solved also. As a kid growing up, as well as in college, I have been a leader on my sports teams, clubs, group projects or whatever else I find myself involved in. My greatest leadership ability is that I understand that I may not have all the answers and that someone else may be better suited for a certain role than me.
