Participate in design of traffic signal network infrastructure, prepare and install all required software to complete server stand up. Integrate server(s) into infrastructure to support the traffic signal system. Train and support signal system software to insure required uptime to support the traffic signal system. Travel as needed to integrate, train and support all current/future systems. To meet client needs travel up to %50 is required.

Provide technical support to Air Force Space Command personnel and contractors supporting the Air Force Space Command Mission. Assist the Launch Services office in supporting their users that use the Launch Information Support Network website. To include testing new releases of the website, general use questions and assisting in data entry of launch data.

As part of a team tested their marketing system which utilized client's customer data, data gathers from multiple acquisitions and Duns and Bradstreet data to better understand customers use of the client multiple offerings.

Initially responsible for building out the infrastructure onsite at the data center including inventory, rack assembly and server locating. Operational support of multiple applications in a Windows 2000/2003 and HP Unix environment is the primary focus of this project. Infrastructure/Application Test Analyst I am a part of a team that determines the stability of a newly migrated application on the infrastructure. As a Systems Engineer I am supporting the Windows environment diagnosing hardware, software and network issues as delegated by process. Insuring the client will not lose functionality or efficiency during or after migrations.
