As a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at the US Air Force, I oversee the recruitment and training of new and existing personnel for the Air Force in the Midwest/Chicago region. I have more than 20 years of experience in the Air Force, serving as a Supervisor and a Recruiting Specialist. I have a 2RL Coach credential from Two Roads Leadership, which enables me to coach and mentor others in leadership development, communication skills, and personal growth. I also have skills in event planning and project planning, which I use to organize and execute various recruitment initiatives, such as career fairs, open houses, and outreach programs.
