ET3 Logistics was started as a consulting company to help small to medium sized carriers and brokerages understand technology. We help them make decisions about software that not only helps them grow, but also allows them to better utilize their resources to actually be profitable.ET3 has grown to become a small Brokerage. This growth in consulting and being a brokerage helps us meet the needs of our customers who want a more hands on approach. We specialize in giving complete service to our customers. We are able to move Van, Flatbed, Stepdeck, and Specalized freight. I believe that using current and future technologies not only streamlines our operation, but also helps our customers decrease their transportation costs and allows us to give them the customer service they require.

I held several positions with Pacer Transport. Dispatcher, Dispatch Manager, Regional Manager and then starting up the Agency Services program. I was in the capacity of Regional Manager/Manager Agency Services, when Pacer Transport, Inc. was acquired by Universal Truckload Services, Inc., and put under the Universal Am-Can, LTD. company.

As the Operations Manager, I was responsible for all aspects of the day to day operation. This included updating the maintenance program, making the safety program compliant with federal laws, increasing revenue through sales and also optimizing the small dispatch department.
