Chief Architect for Assurant’s $3.4 billion Global Lifestyle and International line of business where I focus heavily on defining our target future state in light of business strategies, crafting the technology strategies and obtaining funding to get us there, and ensuring effective execution of those strategies. I also oversee Assurant's Global Digital technology architecture and strategy and Global Innovation portfolios. The Digital portfolio includes all systems of engagement including mobile applications, websites, call center, IVR, and chat technologies. Innovation responsibilities include the oversight and execution of technology experiments and responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as voice, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and telematics.

Actively drive the discovery, explorations, and application of emerging technologies to enable and accelerate the development of new products, strategies, and bottom-line savings. Areas of emphasis included innovative claims management and fraud solution, the future of the connected contact center, telematics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and integration strategies.

Responsible for all strategic product planning, as well as ensuring delivery of customer projects in an increasingly complex product and customer portfolio mix. Accomplishments include formulating a new customer community management strategy, and successful and timely delivery of the largest client projects to date.

Responsible for leading and all technical strategy and disciplines at NetTracer including software engineering, infrastructure, support, and information security & PCI compliance efforts. Additional responsibilities included all project management, vendor management, and technical client relationship efforts.
