• Oversee all domestic customer service relations. Interview, train, and lead customer service/administration team (an internal team of 7 people).
• Growth Strategy focus for top account and provide Key Account Management support.
• Price and execute special projects and RFQ’s/RFP’s.
• Track and trace all shipments to adhere to on time performance and maintain data integrity.
• Manage KPI’s with P&L responsibility.
• Develop continuous improvement measures and perform monthly safety meetings.

• Oversee all inbound and dispatch operations. Train and lead the inbound/dispatch operation team (an internal team of 6 people + 20 drivers)
• Manage 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility
• Cartage accounting and invoicing
• Liaison between other domestic and international Mainfreight branches
• Organize labor for project management while maintaining cost control and KPIs

• Customer Service Agent: Quoting, track/tracing, booking, and invoicing domestic shipments
• Outbound Coordinator: Routing, planning, and booking of domestic air and truck freight
• Logistics Coordinator: Pick/pack, inventory management, order fulfillment and warehousing
• Inside Sales Executive: Inside and outside sales calls, book appointments, prepare sales documents and presentations, and create domestic and international pricing tariffs for customers and sales team.
