My specialty is helping public education agencies develop effective and highly efficient processes and technology solutions. I do this by applying Lean Six Sigma thinking, systems, and tools. My wife and I co-founded LEAN Frog in Huntsville, Alabama in February 2009 and incorporated it in January 2012. Our team has grown from a sole proprietorship to a corporation with 16 employees serving School Systems and State Departments of Education across Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, and Louisiana. In late 2022, LEAN Frog co-founded Pathways K12, Inc. Pathways K12 is a unique web-based platform developed to empower students to fast-track their career success - starting with the Dual Enrollment Path and expanding to add Student Work Paths, Scholarship Paths, and AP/IB Paths...all through the help of an interactive AI assistant. The platform removes barriers, increases communication across all stakeholders, and helps guide students on the best path for their personal career success. In 2017, LEAN Frog formed LeanStream Resources Partners, LLC. LeanStream is a comprehensive web-based fundraising and fee management system that allows school systems to promote and take control of auxiliary revenue streams. The platform currently has multiple fundraising approaches available for all levels: the school system as a whole, school foundation organizations, individual schools, booster clubs, and all the way down to the classroom needs of teachers. These approaches are backed by strong backend fiscal management tools that provide transparency and easy fund management through real-time performance dashboards.In 2016, LEAN Frog formed LEAN Frog Digital, LLC, a custom software development company to service public schools.
