• Proactively administer a client base of high performing broker to assist with file requirements and procurement.
• Provide active support with Relationship Mangers with their day to day activities and planning.
• Monitor service delivery by the Commonwealth Bank to the Third Party delivery channel and escalate issues on a timely basis.
