Utilising an intuitively-designed dashboard, Storyteller provides even novice marketers with the ability to instantaneously view key demographic variables and garner the respective insights required for.

• At mediamark Byron achieved the following key imperatives:
• Lead the development of strategic insights that contributed to company growth.
• Utilised strategic insights in formulating marketing objectives and business strategies to resolve business issues.

• At TNS Byron was the project lead for the implementation of the DSTV-i audience measurement panel and achieved the following key imperatives:
• Took overall responsibility for DSTV-i operations, including client management, panel implementation and as well as management of Infosys support.
• Defined and implemented the project plan for DStv-i.
• Managed the DStv-i project and processes from inception to conclusion.
• Was responsible for all project costs and budgets.
• Managed the overall relationship and output of 3rd parties tasked with delivery and installation of modems, vouchers and welcome packs.

• Byron was responsible for the implementation and rollout of the Microsoft CRM software to all regions of South Africa.His responsibilities included:
• Assisting with the implementation, roll-out and support of the CRM system in the Airtime Sales Division, in Auckland Park as well as in all other regions including Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Polokwane.
• Ensuring the training of all users and super users on the CRM system
• Identifying training needs pertaining to the CRM on a continuous basis
