Co-founded the organisation from scratch and prepare the modus operandi leading it to it's first negotiated service contract with the donor community.

• Developing new educative sports programs • Assisting with personnel and inventory management • Building relationships with key school administrators, community and government officials, as well as key sporting bodies in Kwale. • Timely planning, coordination and implementation of community activities as per the annual budget. • Representing LSO at community events, donor meetings, school meetings or any such program to enhance LSO’s standing with its stakeholders. • Facilitation of research within the community on behalf of LSO and its donor. • Providing weekly progress reports and monthly Corporate Social Investment (CSI) donor reports• Managing the organization’s social media site• Project monitoring and evaluation and identification of skill gaps and recommending training for personnel development.
