Strategic leader who develops, oversees, and leads all IT core technology and services. Strategic vision for driving digital transformation throughout both GRIPA and Cognisight organizations. In this role, I ensure the stability, availability, scalability, growth and optimal performance of GRIPA's core technologies and services as well as provide strategic direction for GRIPA's cybersecurity program, and execution of strategic initiatives. I serve as a key partner to functional leaders, identifying approaches and technologies that can enable enhanced business performance and efficiency. As a key member of the IT Leadership Team it is my responsibility to assure all IT leaders are kept abreast of key industry trends and opportunities, while ensuring all technology initiatives are delivered with the appropriate attention on corporate strategic goals, IT strategy alignment, and appropriate post-go live support models.

Serves as the Chief Technology Strategist overseeing Enterprise Architecture, Network Infrastructure, Server Admins, Telephony, Cybersecurity, Field and Client Engineering, Service Desk, and Project Management Office. Works in partnership with CMO, and technical advisors to establish a technical strategy and annual objectives.

• Oversaw multiple large-scale programs for assigned business initiatives from planning to completion, including resources and multi-million-dollar capital and operating budgets. • Provided visionary leadership, direction and team development to staff members and regional leaders across the United States in the delivery of IT solutions to both new and existing medical facilities.• Designed and Deployed IT solutions for (8) Medical Office Buildings and (3) Hospitals and (12) Pharmacies throughout tenure • Managed capital cost for a portfolio of ~25 significant projects across (8) regions in excess of $70 MM and an operational budget of $6 MM

• Recruited, managed, and led remote/local IT professionals delivering services for architecture, infrastructure, application development, Database / Middleware engineering, PMO, QA and support• Successfully managed multiple business programs of IT applications/infrastructure to deliver seamless IT services with 99.999% up time, while providing secure IT environment for maintenance, enhancements, and technical migrations.

• Engaged by medical institution, based upon Fortune 100 financial and professional services expertise to direct operations and implement enterprise network solutions for IT Department across the North America with capital/operating budget of $4.5M. • Re-engineered fully redundant, multi-tiered IT infrastructure, operations, and applications environment for anticipated 400% future growth.
