Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Maxwell attended Lyndon B. Johnson High School. He enrolled in the LBJ Fire Academy program to become a certified EMS & Fire Service Member. Maxwell completed his high school education through homeschooling in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma while already obtaining collegiate credit hours through Austin Community College.Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Science in Convergence Journalism from Abilene Christian University in 2019. ACU Alumni Tommy Morris, son of Dr. Don H. Morris former (Seventh President of Abilene Christian University) has served as a great influence and mentor in Maxwell's personal and professional life.He began his graduate studies at The College of Business Administration at Detroit Mercy University, majoring in The Ethical Leadership & Change Management Certificate Program in 2020. In 2021, he continued his studies at St. Edward's University, majoring in The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. He earned a Master of Arts in Public Relations from The Indiana University School of Liberal Arts in 2022.Maxwell's commitment to personal development can be attributed to his passion for advancement. He has visited 20+ countries, experienced multiple cultures, witnessed historic landmarks within these regions, and attended global discussions based on Web3, AI and Crypto. These countries include Canada, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Germany, Poland, Costa Rica, Mexico, Dominican Republic, UAE (United Arab Emirates), Qatar, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore. Through these experiences, Maxwell has gained valuable insights into how culture curates innovation.Maxwell is passionate about uplifting communities that lack access to opportunities through the non profit sector. He currently serves as a member of The Emancipation Fellowship Ministries, Inc. (EFM) works to empower under-resourced communities across urban and rural areas in the United States and internationally, focusing on economic development and spiritual unity in nations such as Zambia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Rwanda, and Jamaica.Maxwell is in the final phase of fulfilling the remaining 12 credit hours required for his Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at St. Edward’s University. He is actively pursuing optimal career opportunities in organizational alignment within the FinTech sector while completing his second Master's degree.
