Byron Pederson is a Post Falls, Idaho businessman and the co-founder of Instant Tax Solutions. He has a broad range of professional and personal interests which utilize his many talents. As a business owner, Byron Pederson credits God’s guidance for allowing him to help people who are experiencing stress due to financial shortfalls caused by tax debt. Along with partner Ian Woodman, Byron Pederson runs Instant Tax Solutions, a diversified tax debt resolution agency. The two joined forces as colleagues after an introduction by a mutual acquaintance. Instant Tax Solutions specializes in tax relief, helping businesses avoid further IRS troubles by ensuring they are up-to-date on the continually changing world of tax law. Byron Pederson handles the day-to-day operations of the firm, which employs over two dozen tax professionals and currently serves nearly 4,000 clients. Byron Pederson’s work experience encompassed a variety of fields, none of which felt quite right to him until he found his way to founding Instant Tax Solutions. Early in his adult life, Byron Pederson decided that he wanted a career in culinary arts. After working in an upscale dining establishment, he realized that he desired a more physically challenging role and turned to construction. As foreman for a subterranean parking structures builder, Byron Pederson gained the experience he needed to branch off on his own. He soon opened his own successful residential masonry business. Byron Pederson was enjoying life as entrepreneur but circumstances intervened and set in motion the events that led him to where he is today.While Byron Pederson was busy with his own firm, he caught the attention of an outdoor design business who offered him a lucrative position in Quality Control. He worked his way up and became District Sales Manager of the company.
