In compliance with the Government of Canada’s Industrial Security Program and Controlled Goods Program, leads the company's security protocols to ensure employees attain and maintain correct clearance levels. Primary duties include overseeing the security program, site inspections, security audits, and investigations. Duties include initiating, processing, investigating (performing background checks), maintaining, and assessing all security clearances for employees. Conducts security briefings and administers effective security education programs. Investigates security incidents and violations. Develops the security policies and procedures required for the classification, downgrading, upgrading, and safeguarding of classified information. The focus is to increase company sales and market share via digital advertising and by using complex analytical tools that derive key insights and inform better business decisions. Provide detailed analytical reporting on website traffic and digital marketing campaigns, keyword research, developing paid search and display advertising campaigns, landing page creation with keyword optimization, Social Media Advertising, and developing predictive models to measure advertising success.Develop and manage the company’s cyber security policies. Responsible for providing security of software systems, networks, and data centers. Search for vulnerabilities and risks in hardware and software. Manage and monitor any attacks and intrusions and recognize the potential threat or attempted breach by closing off the security vulnerability.
