Byron Rogers spent eight years at Arrowfield Stud in Australia as Stallion Nominations and Bloodstock Manager, part of the team that developed the careers of leading sires Redoute’s Choice, Flying Spur and Danzero. Byron played an integral part in the relocation of leading Chilean sire Hussonet as well as planning matings for leading racehorses such as Miss Finland, Mentality, Fashion’s Afield, Sunday Joy, Royal Purler, Miss Bussell, etcByron extended his industry experience at Taylor Made Farm in Kentucky, where for three years he served as director of their stallion division, managing the careers of the likes of Unbridled’s Song, Forestry, Officer, Forest Danger, Northern Afleet and Southern Image as well as joint venture stallions Tiznow and Speightstown. In 2008, Byron returned to Australia to accept the newly-created post of national sales manager for William Inglis and Son, Australia’s leading Thoroughbred sales company. In 2009, Byron resigned from this position to concentrate on the development of TrueNicks LLC and Pedigree Consultants LLC, relocating back to North America. In 2011 Byron launched Performance Genetics LLC, a thoroughbred performance evaluation company based in Lexington KY.
