Main daily duties included:• Overseeing daily operations of the lodge that include front of house back of house andmaintenance.• Managing guides and planning of tours.• Maintaining of all lodge and investor buildings.• Maintaining of all vehicles and keeping service schedules up to date.• Managing guest relations when needed.• Assisting the manager in stock controls of bar and kitchen.• Hosting guests at dinner time.During the covid interruptions we were forced to restructure and I took over the housekeeping and maintenance manager roles, which including the following duties:• Managing all Housekeeping and maintenance staff.• Maintaining of all lodge and investor buildings.• Maintaining of all vehicles and keeping service schedules up to date.• Overseeing all cleaning of lodge rooms and villas.

Managed team of 10 staff. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all lodge rooms and tented chalets. Hosting groups on guided fishing tours and bush lunches in the national park.
