Responsibilities:Provided leadership role for a 100 million dollar company with 290 employees, two distribution centers (380,000 square feet),18,000 sku's,and 6,000 customer ship-to locations.Develop long term strategic vision of the company with the marketing, sales, operations and administrative teams.Maintaining level of customer service relations (keeping high fill rates, low customer returns, quick order turn and developing customer relations). Accomplishments :• Organized and Led stabilization of the company after filing of chapter 11 for the purpose of capital restructure. Implemented a comprehensive communication plan for both customers and vendors to insure stabilization of customer base and vendor base which was communicated by both sales team and purchasing department. Also, provided open communication for employees to insure key personnel morale was maintained. Results: All customers were retained as well as vendors without any interruption of business. Revenue actually grew 5% over prior year sales.• Introduced through acquisition and organically new product categories which provided new sales channels and sku penetration into current customer base. Result: Increased top line revenue of 12 million dollars over a four year period.• Redesigned and reorganized not only the distribution layout but changed the way orders were pulled into a zone environment, which also required a redesign of computer software. Result: An increase in efficiency of 45 percent which allowed the company continued growth without additional capital outlays as well as labor cost per order.• Executed integration plan of a new acquisition which required a new 1.2 million software upgrade for both company locations as well as a new distribution center in the northeast. Result: Gross sales in the northeast grew at a rate of 10% in a stagnant economy.

Responsibilities:Produced monthly financial statements which included operating statement for six manufacturing operations.Managed financial team of ten people as well as collections.Prepared quarterly 10Q and yearly 10K.Accomplishments:• Restructured credit department to improve cash flow of the company.
