Pickaway Health Services is the employed physician division of Berger Health System. We are a multi specialty not for profit who aims to provide primary and specialty care to the residents of Circleville and Pickaway County. We employ about 100 employees including approximately 30 providers (both employees and contractors). We also manage the majority of the physician contract services for Berger Hospital.

Oversee all administrative functions and the SWIM Team (pool nursing team) for Nursing Services at a 500 bed acute and long-term care facility. Position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and supports the CNO and Associate Chief Nurses of Acute/Specialty Care and Long-term Care. Coordinated patient moves and construction of two new Med/Surg units that feature private rooms and help improve the patient experience/patient satisfaction.

In tandem with the Chief Physician, oversaw hospital-based outpatient care including 4 satellite outpatient clinics, the Emergency Department, Occupational/Employee Health, Women's Health, Tele-Health, Home-Based Primary Care, and Chronic Health (Diabetes and CHF) Clinic. Helped develop the curriculum to train staff on Patient-Centered Medical Home delivery model and facilitated trainings. I also created a physician recruitment program to create a pipeline for physicians to Primary Care and other departments within the hospital.
