Worked in cross-functional projects to get a full scope of our business, so far: • Integrated two forecasting systems of merged companies, automating the process with Power BI and improving the quality of forecasts with a deeper detail analysis in calculation stages• Developed a strategy for the first eCommerce moves for the Russian sales team, identifying clear actions to take and tools to support them• Pushed for improvements in Kazan brewery KPI's by creating a tool to forecast incoming transport, on-the-spot solutions for warehouse management and mapping out main KPI drivers in production

A first work experience, which inspired me to take an engineering degree. I had a deep insight into the company, its processes and jobs involved. Worked closely with a Managing Director, communicating with suppliers and client to check on the company`s ability to produce required amount of product.
