Lazada is the flagship platform of the Southeast Asia Alibaba Group and the leading eCommerce platform in Southeast Asia.As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I mainly focus the hiring for Lazada Platform & Techhub Vietnam:- Managed end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding. My expertise lies in sourcing passive candidates through various channels, leveraging social media platforms, and building professional networks.- Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and other critical stakeholders in-country or region, providing talent insights, fulfilling current talent needs and pipelining high-demand candidates for future staffing needs.- Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent and scalable recruitment experience to all stakeholders.- Represent Vietnam when working with the region on issues related to the recruitment system (Alibaba Talent Hire, ATS,...).- Possess a deep understanding of the HR system and metrics and am the primary point of contact (PIC) for data analysis and insights.- Experienced in recruiting for hiring battles, bringing candidates with the right skill set, cultural fit, and potential for growth within an organization. Work directly with the region for critical projects.- Experienced in hiring young talent programs such as LazPrentice (Hanoi & HCMC), and Tech Campus Hiring.- Support Alibaba.com in recruiting for a B2B sales position as they expand their market in Vietnam (2023). During that time, I worked directly with hiring managers from the Alibaba Group to assist them in recruitment and to help them understand the labour market in Vietnam.

A. HRBP: Played the role of HRBP for BPO Project, which included about 200 employees based at Lazada Office across departments: Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and User Growth.- Managed end-to-end recruitment for all positions including but not limited to managing interviews, offering process, pre-onboarding, onboarding, and orientation.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide HR guidance when appropriate, including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.- Operational guidance and support to help identify, prevent, mitigate, and resolve HR-related issues that may arise.- Collaborate with business leaders for headcount planning, budgeting & cost management.B. Organization & Talent Development (OTD):- Guide employees through their onboarding experience, and provide an onboarding program that brings better onboarding experiences for newcomers.- Launch LazHub: News & Information for all Lazadians.- Organized E-learning Contest for all levels based on company competencies.- Conduct a survey and work with suppliers to develop the proper program.- Organize programs such as Launch New Values, Internship Graduation 2020, Lazada Experience Program, General Training, Onboarding Journey for newcomers, and Learning Festival 2021/2022/2023.

As one of the largest medical volunteer-based nonprofits, Operation Smile has mobilized thousands of medical volunteers from a wide range of medical specialties from more than 80 countries. Operation Smile engages public-private partnerships to advance health care delivery, train local medical professionals to provide surgical care for patients in their communities, donate crucial medical equipment and supplies, and increase access to surgical care so that everyone living with cleft is treated.
