The Swiss Green Fintech Network is a multi-stakeholder association dedicated to nurturing the green digital finance ecosystem in Switzerland. Guided by its ambition to position Switzerland as a global leader in green digital finance by 2030, the Network is devoted to facilitating optimal conditions for green fintechs and fostering innovative, sustainable solutions.

• Adaptated the database of registered personnel and automobiles with different clearence levels according to the revised procedures for the access control system• Processed weekly/monthly security related numerical data and prepared statistics for the report submitted to the deputy minister

• Developed an excel-based logistics cost predictor between 14 Harbors (FOB) and 11 plants for a mixture of FCL, LCL, Airways and Rail shipments• Generated a breakdown of the total monetary amount spent on 2000+ materials by each country in Asia by analysing shipping data• Liaison for Audi HQ, 25+ Asian suppliers, 11 production plants (Audi, Seat, Porsche) and 2 forwarding agents. The main responsibilities included: - Verification of shipping documents for customs clearance - Escalation management for prevention of supply shortages

• Responsible for initial account assignment (Vorkontierung)• Performed journal entry on SAP for Account Receivable, Account Payable of 5 domestic branches and inter-company transactions (East-Asian region)• Assisted in preparation for Semi-annual audit and following reports
