My expertise is medium and high density residential development, hotels and serviced apartments with ‘cradle to grave’ skills, particularly acquisitions and disposals of development assets, design, construction management, financial management, marketing strategy and sales execution together with handover of properties to end purchasers. My career spans prestigious development companies such as Mirvac for 8 years, Charter Hall, Lend Lease and Walker Corporation, and projects such as Quay Grand hotel on Macquarie Street and Mirvac’s first resort, developed in Margaret River; Sydney Wharf, a complex wharf redevelopment in Pyrmont, delivery of 300 apartments with an Olympic overlay for 1,200 athletes with Lend Lease in London for the 2012 Games. Recently I have been responsible for urban renewal and the disposal of key industrial assets at Goodman+, where the property’s highest and best use is mixed use or residential.
