The intern will work under the direction of the Garden Manager to run Concordia’s organic garden. The garden features a state-of-the-art High Tunnel that enables a March to November growing season. Intern decides what to plant, and the wide variety of produce grown is most often distributed to the Cobber Food Pantry, Dorothy Day Food Pantry, and other local food pantries. The intern is not required to have previous gardening experience
