- Looking for new business for Cidenet S.A.S as a Software Factory- Maintaining current customers of Cidenet and continuous improvement of relations with them.- Management of Software Projects inside Cidenet S.A.S.- Monitoring the compliance of the goals in the Software Projects executed by Cidenet S.A.S.

- Implementation of systems for the improvement of the operation inside Cidenet S.A.S}- Management and Improvement of the process in the Software Factory of Cidenet S.A.S- Creation of two Startups and execution of project with them, taking care of the relationships with the partners of Cidenet S.A.S.- Implementation of Software Projects for the improvement of the operation with the current clients

- Development of Software Applications as per the client's requirements, using technologies like JAVA, Oracle, Oracle Service Bus, BPEL, PL/SQL, .NET, and so on. Full experience using frameworks for development in JAVA (Hibernate, EJB 3.0, Spring MVC, MyBatis, JSF 2.0 - PrimeFaces, ADF Faces, Rich Faces, and so on)- Creation of Software Requirements with the client- Continuous monitoring of the developments assigned by the client according to Software Development Methodologies (SCRUM)- Control of personal metric for improving the quality of the software development- Support and Guarantee of software delivered by the company- Software development in-house in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and Austin, Texas with the Ficohsa Bank and Netspend Corporation respectively
