I am a creative and passionate designer who is in a continues search of interactive learning/training solutions to support retention and users’ satisfaction. I hold exceptional knowledge of ID models, learning theories, and sound pedagogical strategies to create learner-centered learning environments. I believe in the execution of thorough task and needs analysis to understand users' mental models and the inclusion of users in the design process to create a memorable learning experience. I am passionate about applying UX design processes such as design thinking, rapid prototyping, in-person usability testing, and creating personas to design and develop authentic learning solutions. I have strong knowledge in design-based research, adult learning theory, constructivist learning theory and pedagogical strategies, e-learning authoring tools, online, hybrid and face-to-face context, and social media for learning. I am a self-motivated learner with self-regulatory skills to learn new educational tools and techniques. Successful in self-assessment/reflection, team-work, and leadership. I value collaborative work and providing clients with what they need. I have developed professional oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic by presenting in multiple national and international conferences and working as a technical trainer at the Office of Sponsored Programs. My work experience and higher education degrees have elevated my organization skills, client/SMEs interviews, and survey development.
