For many, business is seen as an opportunity to make money, validate personal worth, or pursue power and prestige. It can be all that, but it is also much more.I envision it as a video game.Initially, there's a minefield where your fears, thought patterns and ego's limitations hide. You must conquer self-observation and self-regulation skills to gain extra lives to survive multiple explosions and learn to avoid recurring mines.Next, you step onto the battlefield where opponents (business partners, colleagues, clients, family, and friends) trigger your deep traumas and feelings of fear and unworthiness. You're labeled a liar, lazy, opportunist, indifferent, not good enough, not efficient enough, too slow, too assertive, too busy, too pleasing, too late... Level 3 is a desert of pointlessness and exhaustion where you are in a quest to find your true life's purpose and motivation to continue the search for a drop of water. You hallucinate, see things that aren't there, and cling to socially imprinted reasons not to give up. But the oasis is reachable only by letting go of all your old beliefs in a sandstorm. When you reach it, you enter level 4.Level 4: an infinite space of creativity awaits. After losing and rebuilding yourself, the desert becomes a distant memory. You enter a different reality where streams are made of dreams, and water joyfully plays with the pebbles of ideas. Trust the flow of the river and skillfully navigate the current.Level 5. Stepping onto the green field of possibilities invites you to harvest the fruits of your journey. The air is sweet with the scent of success, and a gentle breeze carries whispers of untapped potential. Each step forward feels like a dance with the infinite, where ideas bloom like vibrant flowers, and innovation becomes the rhythm of your existence.In this boundless expanse of creativity, you are not confined by the constraints of the past or uncertainties of the future. The present moment becomes a canvas, and you are the artist shaping your destiny with every stroke of inspiration.The green field transforms into a playground of transformation, where challenges are opportunities in disguise, and setbacks are mere stepping stones to greater heights.
