• End-to-end management of game deliveries of existing games to Flexion’s distribution partners• Ensuring Flexion games are configured to Partner/Store requirements and actively supported post launch• Act as the Flexion representative between the customer and Flexion during delivery• Work with the Developer Relations team to prepare and modify marketing as required for promotion campaigns• Resolving support requests – identifying appropriate courses of action for specific requests and engaging other internal teams and parties as needed.• Preparing test cases for Delivery Managers to execute on, so to ensure that games are released with the correct level of standard• Supporting QA in activities such as Tech Transfers, game launch testing• Taking full responsibility for testing channel extensions• Supporting VST activities with testing issues found by Internal/External Parties.• Create bespoke test plans for games depending on key behaviours in the games.
