Between 2019 and 2020, I worked as the Employee Experience Coordinator, establishing the department from scratch, hiring a team through internal and external recruitment processesWe built the Onboarding process, developed internal communication processes, channels, and rituals, and created content such as podcasts, videos, and other formats, including events and engagement actions, all aimed at delivering a wow experience to employees.I also served for several months as the interim coordinator for the Facilities department, during which I contributed to planning the company's office relocation project.As leading the Diversity & Inclusion Governance, the D&I Comission structured and launched a racial equality project in partnership with ID_BR.

My mission involved creating processes for student enrollment and retention, starting from the initial reception, organizing educational events, and managing communication and engagement with administrative staff, teachers, and families. I collaborated with the academic and administrative teams to create engaging content across all communication channels, managed digital and offline marketing campaigns.

I worked on promoting the Paralela, Seguinte, Portfolio-Penguin Brasil, and Panelinha imprints, each with distinct characteristics that required frequent updates and the creation of new mailings and press releases. I also worked in the Marketing department, where I developed partnerships for movies inspired by the publisher's books and sale's materials. Besides that I was involved in the Events department, where I organized book launches for the national authors.

I wrote about the daily life of companies within Grupo Abril as well as covered lectures by national and international writers and journalists for the PSC Online website.

I developed reports on the liberation of people living in conditions analogous to slavery and their aftermath, as well as stories related to combating slave labor and degrading conditions.

I used to teach classes for kindergarden children.
