Responsible for investor relations in PGS where the main tasks include:• Strengthen PGS’ relationship to the capital markets• Develop and enhance PGS’ equity story• Guide sell-side analysts on financial modelling of PGS • Prepare quarterly earnings releases, presentations, and Q&A documents• Project leader for the commercial part of the Company's annual report• Project leader for capital markets days• Carry out investor targeting before roadshows, allocate roadshows and recommend which investor conferences to attend• Book reverse roadshows and investor meetings• Arrange sell-side analyst roadshows• Track and record investor meetings and themes discussed • Compile and publish quarterly PGS consensus on the Company's webpage • Prepare IR reports to executive management team and Board of Directors• Be the Company's point of contact towards Oslo Stock Exchange• In charge of all insider lists • Support Treasury in debt and equity refinancing processes • All other tasks related to investor relations
