• Recruit employee up to Manager Level via different channels to obtain optimal result in hiring cost and best candidates within the defined time span;• Follow up the necessary administration for the recruitment advertisement;• Arrange and conduct interviews;• Follow up necessary documents and administration for pre-hiring and post-hiring;• Conduct new-staff orientation and issue declaration forms;• Calculate monthly payroll and ensure salary to be paid on time;• Administer monthly Personal Income Tax and employee enrollment and termination to/from the Health & Social Insurance Department;• Follow-up medical reimbursement from the Health & Social Insurance Department• Lead the recreation functions and to prepare those budget and Expenses Summary at the end of the functions.• Periodical report to local Authority (Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Department; Social Insurance Department; Tax Authority & Scedfa)

• Contact with Guests, Members and Members ‘Guests• Market golf accessories and devices to guests coming to pro shop• Give information about Golf, receive and confirm booking for tee-off for coming calls• Make daily report of revenue at the end of day.
