I have 25+ experience in general management in the energy sector in Belgium and Europe. Energy transition and the implications for the energy industry are subjects that deeply interest me. With my forward looking perspective and ability to see the big picture, I am keen to understand trends and to include these in the strategy of the organisation. With my empathic personality, I build teams where the members are encouraged to grow. I am passionate about engaging and communicating with stakeholders. I have also ample experience with media. As I am stress resistant and have a positive can-do attitude, I can also handle crisis situations including crisis communication. As a committed lifelong learner, I want to deepen my knowledge. I am studying sustainability as for me it will be crucial in the fight against climate change and I have obtained my certificate of the "Sustainability Leadership and Corporate Responsibility" Program at the London Business School. Being raised bilingual by my parents (French - Dutch), I am an avid language learner, I am very fluent in English and speak some Spanish, Italian, German and Swedish.
