I am an insurance and disputes specialist, partner and head of the insurance group at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, advising mainly insurers, financial institutions and international companies on contentious and non-contentious matters. I specialize in advising on, managing and resolving complex disputes and claims. I regularly advise on high-value litigation matters as well as international disputes including cross-border matters. In addition to my contentious practice, I also advise on non-contentious insurance issues such as policy drafting and wording reviews and insurance contractual documentation.
