- Specialist for compliance to global IEC, EN and many local standards related to energy and performance of household refrigeration.- Manages and develops a team of compliance engineers related to global certification of Arçelik household refrigerators. All certification work related to refrigerator performance, safety and EMC compliance are handled.- Represents Arçelik at APPLIA working group COLD, and CENELEC working group for developing of EN 62552 and Ecodesign requirements.- Guides related execution teams for energy related projects: Collects and spreads information about test standards and performance requirements. Guides sample testing, cooperates with international testing institutes. Manages technical declarations database for ARÇELİK refrigerator plant. Directs test engineers to achieve project goals. Controls BOM making teams. Cooperates with sales and product management people for final execution of the project.- Guides platform projects and change management processes related to standards and compliance.- Managed China 2016 regulation change, launched all China range with energy upgrades. Sales doubled is 2 years.- Decreases time to market with fastest approval and launch for critical markets such as China, ASEAN, India, Israel, S.Arabia & Gulf, Australia, US, Argentina, etc.- Increases partnership with 3rd party organizations TUV Rheinland, VDE, SGS, UL, Intertek, etc.

-Specialist responsible form benchmarking activities in Arçelik Refrigerator R&D. Benchmarking capacity was doubled in 3 years without additional personnel or lab resources.-Managed Cost Improvement Projects of Eskişehir Refrigerator Plant. Top targets are achieved in 3 successive years.-Designed the first parallel cooling system for Arçelik 60cm NF combi range. Managed project including production line revision, cooling and electronic control design, initializing new evaporator design with improved volume, achieving improved A+++ performance with significant cost reduction and the lowest sound power in its category. -Organized cost reduction brainstorming and project planning meetings with Purchasing, R&D and Engineering departments. Managed post design improvement projects with the strongest achievement for table top, 70cm NF and side by side refrigerators.

-Main responsible person, expert for all refrigerator products. -Developed quality system, hired and educated people for on-line production quality testing and trained quality personnel for audit and R&D personnel for performance testing.-Implemented ISO 9001 Quality Management System in Kirzhach in 2007.- Project Leader for Investment of Refrigerator production facility. Managed investment for quality equipment on production, implemented all production related molds, implemented all quality assurance of newly purchased components from Russia. Trained related production people for brazing, refrigerant charging, manufacturing of evaporators and condensers, mechanical production of panels and door steel. -Activated first ever abroad cooling performance laboratory of Arçelik.-Activated production of 8 main cabinets, static refrigerator-frezers DD and combi for Russian market (in 2006-2007)-Launched 2 more main cabinets, activated technology for semi NF and full NF versions for all cabinets (2008-2011) for Russian market.-Launched Beko 2010 Fascia for 60cm and 54cm first in Arçelik production.-Hired CAD designers, managed improvements and mold modifications in Kirzach R&D.-Launched export products for new markets for Arçelik, including Ukraine, Azerbaijan, etc.-Played different roles for production and production planning creating contribution of different working cultures.

-Cooling System Design (R&D) Expert at Refrigerator Manufacturing Facility-Creative Refrigerator Project Leader, Designer of first A+++ larder in Arçelik, Beko and Blomberg.-Member of the project team who designed Blomberg refrigerator which received Award for “The Most Energy-Efficient Refrigerator” in the Energy + competition organized by the European Commission.-Cooling System Project Leader for 2-door Static refrigerator project, 2-door BI NF combi refrigerator project, Static Larder Project, various A+ & A++ projects for Turkish and European markets.-Responsible person for maintenance of cooling test laboratory of Arçelik Eskişehir Refrigerator R&D which also included investments and purchase of new testing equipment. -Activated the first HC (isobutane) safety lab in Arçelik R&D-In charge of compressor approval and test, change management, project leader for number of cost improvement projects-Responsible person for cooling system components, implemented new cooling technology for static evaporators and condensers-Worked closely with quality control and purchasing departments for implementation of cooling system alternative components. First ever evaporators purchase from China to Arçelik and first ever alternative suppliers launched for drier filters and capillary tubes for Arçelik refrigerators realised in this period.

- Design and application of industrial automation systems. Offered system solutions related to heating controls, clever building systems, HVAC controls and climatic chamber controls.- Sales and import of Ventilation units, humidifiers, HVAC controls.
