USC Manager ensures the functional operation of the Uptime Service Center and implements the required Service Support Processes to run service operations. Manages USC Team for high operational performance and high customer satisfaction of the Service Department. Introducing and maintaining service management system (Spiridon), local customer database and proper data collection for service incidents. Providing key performance parameter (KPI) as required by Siemens Healthcare standards related to product data, installed base and service performance and reporting to regional management on current service situation, escalating service incidents according to defined parameters, defining and supervising the escalation processes into Regional Support Center (RSC), enabling remote service functionality, developing Customer Service Engineer (CSE) training plan in coordination with the modality supervisor and executing man power calculation related to installed base development frame are main areas with full responsibility. Proposing and implementing measures for obtaining the agreed targets and budget values in coordination with commercial management and analyzing commercial efficiency and profitability of the service operation.

Acquires for new customers and presents services. Introduces the Integrated Service Management Business to hospitals and prepares them for bids. Also, responsible for sales and marketing strategies of business.
