• Carrying out all administrative activities related to the management of white-collar and blue-collar personnel, workforce planning, distribution of tasks, planning and implementation of annual training programs, and ensuring weekly shift schedules.• Determining workforce needs for annual planned activities, preparing reports, preparing quantity takeoffs and tender specifications, issuing service procurement documents, conducting regular site inspections and audits, and preparing progress payments.• Performing planned and unplanned maintenance of ERDEMİR's integrated facilities, carrying out modernization and commissioning activities, determining the workforce, determining maintenance durations, and creating CPMs (Critical Path Methods).• Identifying and procuring equipment to be used for all these activities, conducting periodic equipment maintenance, preparing equipment risk assessments and managing risks, preparing equipment usage instructions within this scope, and performing procurement and reporting.• Ensuring that all these activities are carried out within certain quality standards by fulfilling the job descriptions of Scaffold Supervisor (OWL_2578), Energy Manager (Certificate No: 6620), IRATA Level 1 (1/197386), and Integrated Management Systems Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 50001) and auditing systems within the institution as a Lead Auditor.• Ensuring that all these activities are carried out within certain quality standards.• Team planning, team management, and project management within the scope of investments.• Ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety protocols, implementing 5S methodologies, and appropriately implementing and reporting all components of management systems applied within the company, such as conducting Kaizen activities for process improvements.

I stayed at the construction site for 3 months as an intern during the construction of the Ankara-Polatlı-Sivrihisar highways (a total of 39 km) under the 4th Region of the General Directorate of Highways. During my internship, I gained experience in the construction site environment, team management, highway construction, and the use of office programs.

In this project, I had the opportunity to observe pile foundation and jet grouting work during the investment processes at Ereğli Iron and Steel Factory.

In this project, I actively participated in tasks such as using AutoCAD and SAP 2000 for design, preparing quantity takeoffs, and conducting concrete tests in the concrete laboratory, all within the office environment at Ereğli Iron and Steel Factory.
