During my internship, I played an active role in the successful deployment and operation of both API (Application Programming Interface) and UI (User Interface) components. I meticulously followed the necessary steps to ensure these components functioned smoothly and provided support at every stage. Additionally, I contributed to the planning and execution of functional, performance, and security testing aimed at identifying and resolving potential bugs and deficiencies during the software development phase. I was involved in reporting and resolving issues identified during the testing process, which contributed to enhancing the overall quality of the software.In live environment transitions, I provided immediate support to resolve any issues that could negatively impact user experience, such as user complaints and performance problems. I focused on troubleshooting these technical challenges, ensuring the system operated continuously and efficiently. Moreover, I was actively involved in the installation and migration of SSL/TLS certificates, ensuring the continuity of secure communication channels. All these experiences strengthened my technical knowledge and skills in software development and operations processes.

During my student years, I started my career journey as a sales consultant to develop my social and communication skills. This experience led me to transition to the headquarters of the company, where I worked in the Supply Chain Department.In this role, I was responsible for preparing weekly reports using PowerBI, overseeing social and technical audits, conducting fieldwork, and supporting supplier negotiations. Additionally, I managed micro-capacity transitions and served as a liaison between the supplier and buyer teams.These experiences provided me with a deep understanding of both technical aspects and business processes, significantly enhancing my professional skills.
